Why are these value different?(130℃/W and 85/57℃W)

This seems to be an overlook in datasheet revisions. The 130 deg/W was used as a guideline in the original datasheet in 1990. The thermal resistance was re-evaluated in 1999 and updated in 1999 revision (slvs033e), while the body text was not updated in accordance. However, the body text stands well as a generic guideline for offsetting the power dissipation with an external resistor.
