Why I can't read and write data memory using HDQ mode? It looks like no reading at all

Hi,
Is your dashboard gray or green? if your dashboard is gray, it shows that the gauge is not connected.

My dashboard is green, and I can do logging, scanning, ChemID changing and use commands, but can't access data memory.
