We're looking for an intelligent MOSFET driver.
Driver should be capable of driving a half-bridge on a 48V rail.
In some fault conditions the 48V rail may have 100Vdc (motor Back EMF in regeneration mode).
The driver should be capable of surviving the 100V, not necessarily operational.
The driver should be capable of driving 2 parallel MOSFETs (IPT015N10N5A) in a half bridge configuration at 20kHz.
Some drivers have a fault detection for IGBT De-Saturation.
We would like a feature like that for a MOSFET fault detection.
Specifically, we would like to detect 'over current' in the MOSFET.
