Li Battery charge/discharge management

Hello,

Now I designing charge/discharge curcuit, BUS voltage is 5V by DC/DC module.

When external power supply exists , BUS 5V is charge Li-battery and its max current is 100mA, 

If external lost, my MCU will send a signal to tell the IC, Li-battery start discharge and keep the 5V BUS voltage at once  .
