WEBENCH® Tools/TPS562200: TPS562200 Enable resistor issue

Hello,

i was wondering if i do need a 10kOhms resitor on the enable pin on the TPS562200 device? Using the webench tool does not giving a hint on this.

I was looking for a 3.3V output voltage @ 10V-14V input and 0.8A. I do measure around 4.7V now when using the recommended capacitors and reference voltage resistors. Thats when i started searching the fault and found the 10kOhms in the datasheet on a second image! Is this the mistake, or something different?

Hi,

Basically, EN 10k resistor is optional, you can find REN to GND min is about 225K in at page6 in EC table, so actually 10k can be ignored.

and also it should be no related with your output issue.

could you please upload your schematic for review? and if there is waveform with SW and Vout, please upload as well.

I think I got a wrong delivery. The value of the output capacitor is not correct. I am going to change this one and measure it again.
Schematic should be alright? C2 could also be 22uF...

The problem is solved. I had a too small output capacitor without knowing it. Thanks.
