TPS2105-EP: Would like to find the same function in a smaller package or integrated

Building a "IOT-sensor"-node. I.e low power.
Charging my lipo battery using a bq25504 but would like to be able to fallback to an even larger backup battery.

So now evaluating bq25504 and using BAT_OK pin for enabling/disable of  VIN1 or VIN2 of the TPS2105-EP.

Think this will work fine but it occupies too much board space.

Any other options available??
