bq24773evm debug problem

       Now I texting bq24773EVM. I cannect the CELLs to GND ,so I use single battery. The power #1 is 4.5v.But the EVM output voltage is the battery voltage,and no current output. It means that the EVM doesn't work.How can I do ?

    4.5V input voltage is lower than the minimum input voltage setting. Please read the datasheet ACOK and ACDET section to make sure the input source voltage can make the ACDET>2.4V, VCC above UVLO but below ACOV; and VCC above BAT.
