I have a BQ20Z65-EVM with the EV2300 adapter. I can program all
the values and calibrate the gauge with bqEVSW. Im sure I overlook
something very basic, but I can't the either CHG or DSG FET to turn
on.

Basically there's no voltage between PACK+ and PACK-

What do I miss?

It looks like you haven't enabled Impedance Track yet. This will turn on the FETs, start the gauging algorithm, and start Lifetime Data logging. To enable this, write 0x0021 to Manufacturer Access (0x00).

Switch to the PRO screen and under Write SMB Word type in 46 for SMB Command and 0006 for Word (hex) and click the write button. When you check back on the SBS screen you will see that CHG and DSG FETs are on and your output is enabled.
