Hi Team,

Could you tell me the value of theta ja of LP8340?
I believe we should see Figure 14 (4L JEDEC Board) of the following application note but couldn't catch the value.

It seems we have to know die size of LP8340 but we don't have the information.

Thermal performance for the LP8340ILDX-ADJ/NOPB in the WSON / NGD / 6-pin package is as follows:

   Theta JA-High K (4L JEDEC) = 70.0 °C/W
   Theta JC, (top) = 76.2 °C/W
   Theta JB = 36.2 °C/W
   Psi JT = 1.6 °C/W
   Psi JB = 36.0°C/W
   Theta JC, (bottom) = 9.8 °C/W

"High K" = HIGH EFFECTIVE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY
