Ramp pin goes up and down (0V to 1.6V)without any load, and the output also up and down.however applying 0.5A load, Ramp pin goes up and down (0V to 0.5V), and the output voltage is regulated to the designed value. I don't understand why Ramp pin goes up and down when there is no load, I think it shoud be 0V .
