BQ24725A: ACDET Bit always set

Part Number: BQ24725A

I am using BQ24725A charger circuit to charge the battery. I am seeing the ACDET bit is always set in Charge Options Register which is bit 4 irrespective of charger connected or disconnected.

Any setting i am missing here. The circuit is enclosed.
