BQ28Z610: Charging cannot be activated

Please check if bq28Z610 has power supply after battery reconnected; or, apply a charge power to activate the charging. Need more details to figure out your situation.

Bq28z610 welding on the PCB board has been connected to the DC power supply, and the implementation of the write firmware, communication, charging, discharge, all normal.

Disconnect the DC power supply, connected to the CELL, then by the DC power charge, but can not be activated, you need in the host computer software, click on the firmware page, click Execute to normal communication.

BQ28Z610 removed from the DEMO board, welding on my PCB test, and there is no such phenomenon,What is the reason, please enlighten
