1. Where can I get EV Board schematic?

2. How did TI BQ76PL536A-EVBoard power the MCU?

P.S. I didn't buy EV Board.

Datasheet has reference schematic. you can also review application note link to below.
www.ti.com/.../universalsearch.tsp
MCU needs to be power from different power source.

Are you referring to TI evm Schematic?

Search for TIDA-00821 then you will find it.

No need to purchase the EVM.
