LM5109: Peak current vs. Vdd

Part Number: LM5109

Customer like to know if there is plot curve for peak(sourcing & sinking) current versus the Vdd?

How about the impedance/Rds(on) in the H/L gate driver?

  • Hi Brian,

I will look into this further characterization data availability, although most of the time such curve is not collected. The datasheet typical value for the peak source/sink current is for VDD = VHB = 12V, VSS = VHS = 0V conditions. The general trend is higher current peak with higher VDD. I will also consult with the designers about the Rds(on) values.

Please allow a business day or so for us to look for this data.

    Regards,

    - Daniel

  • Brian,

Thank you for your patience. I have checked and we do not have peak Iout vs Vdd characterization data available for this device.

Regarding the RdsON, typical values for DC RdsON are 4ohm for the pull-down and 6ohm for pull-up at room temperature.

    Regards,

    - Daniel
