BQ27220: Regarding taking log from BQ studio

Hi Team,

We are trying to take the log of charging and discharging, at various temperature but every time after certain hour EV2300 is reporting time out, due to which we could not able to take log as for discharging it will take 11 -12 hours. Kindly suggest how we can proceed?

Hi,
Could you kindly share your FW version of EV2300? You may need to update the FW version of EV2300
Another choice is that you can use EV2400 to finished the test.

I don't have ev2400 so please provide link of firmware which should be updated

Abishek,
Pls ensure you install bqEVSW first from the link below,
www.ti.com/.../BQ20Z65-R1_BQEVSW-SW

Installing bqEVSW would install the .ocx component

, then install the drivers for ev2300 before attempting to update the ev2300.
