Hallo,

I want to use the dc-dc voltage converter TPS61220 for my application.

I have looked for the device start-up time, but any concrete value appears in the datasheet.

It is only mentioned that the start-up time depends on input voltage and load current.

How long would be the time in the case of 0.7volts input voltage and 1.5mA load current?

Figures 19 and 20 can give you a general idea of the start-up.

Here is a screenshot we took in the lab on the EVM. This is with Vin = 0.7V and 1.5 mA load. Feel free to order the EVM and experiment.

How long takes the regulator with higher input voltages (0.7-3 volts)?

How would be the vout if vin is a rampe signal from 0.7 to 3 volt with a lenght of 1.2 ms?
