Hi,
Could you tell me the reason why the red circle current=0.5A?
Please also tell me the measurement points of the IIN.

Hi Yusuke-san,
The picture above shows 0.5A per division, and it seems like the current is around 0.7A. The value that you see is probably because of power limiting (Power Limit/Vin = Current during startup, start-into-short, and hot-short if short is still active). The time scale is probably set by the fault timer setting.
If you would like a more detailed explanation on all of the waveforms, equations, and methodology behind hot-swap controllers in general, please go to our app note at www.ti.com/hotswap ==> Click on “Technical Documents” ==> Click on “Robust Hot Swap”. It goes step by step to explain what these waveforms mean and how they are calculated. I hope this helps :-)
