UCD3138: UCD3138 FIRMWARE_START AND

Hi Sir:

it's said that FIRMWARE_START – Ramp start bit, self-clearing by ramp logic; so every time we update a new value to FeCtrl0Regs.RAMPDACEND.bit.RAMP_DAC_VALUE, we need to set RAMPCTRL's FIRMWARE_START to 1 to start the DAC ramp, right?

is there any side effect if we update FeCtrl0Regs.RAMPDACEND.bit.RAMP_DAC_VALUE frequently before ramp ends?
