I have emailed you the layout guidelines. Your layout is good overall. Referring to the guidelines, below are some suggestons:
1. The two PGND pins should be connected to the powerPAD.
2. It is hard to tell from the layout pdf files. It is highly recommended to route analog ground separately from power ground. Connect analog ground and power ground together using power pad as the single ground connection point.
