LM25066A: PGD triggering too early on falling edge

Hi team, 

I am still in the process of getting some scope shots, but my customer has been using the LM25066A and having problems. They have implemented it exactly like shown in this design tool:

What they find in action is that the PGD acts as expected on the rising edge (asserting at 10.5V), but then on the falling edge, instead of waiting until UVLO to de-assert, it de-asserts in the same spot, 10.5V. 

Any ideas or things I can ask for?
