Please help customer is facing some issue, on LMR64010, part. Issue are given below. Attached the schematics design. please help to resolve the issue.
1. When power on (3.3v) LED starts to continue blinking.
2. Blinking Pattern :Sometime slow,sometime fast blinking.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem. Can you please provide the design parameters? Input voltage range, output voltage, value of the inductor and maximum load current?
For the description that was provided it sounds like the converter is unstable. Looking at the schematic helps to confirm this. Typically the circuit will have a set of feedback resistor and a feed forward capacitor in the feedback network to help with stability. This can bee seen in the figure below in the datasheet under the basic application circuit (figure 17)
WEBENCH and also be used to help aid in the design for this application.
