LM25085: LM25085 : Output drops as the load increases but as much as 0.5v

I have the circuit bellow a power supply design for 7 Amps

Input is From 14 to 30V and should be programmable from 8 to 24V

Problem that I am running to is that with load above 2 Amps out put voltage drops by as much as 0.5V

I monitored the FB pin it is actually not 1.25V it is lower ? circuit id bellow any suggestion appreciated

In rich formatting there is a paperclip icon in the tool bar. Use it to insert an image file.
