TPS54821: TPS54821 temperature too high?

Hi teams,

I want to use TPS54821 on a 4 layer pcb, whether the IC-Top(109) too high

Hi Bob,

Based on datasheet, IC can sustain 125℃, so 109℃ is OK. you can consider to use 2oz copper at top and bottom layer for better thermal behavior.
