Hello. I am are currently working on BQ4050. While charger is plugged in Im able to connect via SMBUS and read/write data successfully. But while charger is connected batteries are not charging. Once charger is unplugged SMBUS connection is lost and i cant discharge anything. NR is is set to 1, FET Control = 1. We tried to toggle charge FET on manually on test mode but it did not execute charging procedure. Using 4 series Li-Ion Cells and 18V charger. Can you amazing gents and ladies help me out troubleshooting this frustrating situation. Thank you in advance
