EV2300: EV 2300 example program for visual studio (C#)

Hi,

   I would like to use a  EV2300 controller to operate/control an oscilloscope (pico) using Microsoft Visual Studio 2015. I would like to do it in C#. Please can you give me an example program for operating the EV2300 with Microsoft Visual studio using C#( VB script might also be helpful) .  I have not found any genuine solution till now.
