Hi all,

As a result of evaluation, there was a deviation in the data sheet values.

Measurement condition
Ta:25℃,Vin:4.6V,Iout:0A

The measurement result of Iq was 68 uA.

It is about 28 uA in the data sheet.(Figure 5. TPS61040-Q1 Quiescent Current vs Input Voltage)

Please tell me how to measure Iq.

Hi Sir,

The following table gives out the test condition of the datasheet value. Vin=2.4V, FB=1.3V to ensure there's no swiching.The tested range is 28-50uA. While your input voltage is 4.6V. so the result can't match!

I surrounded the time of Vin: 4.6 V with a red circle.

It is about 28 uA

Is it the result of measuring with 1.3 V applied to Vfb?

yes, what you marked out is a typical Iq current under Vin=4.6V. But there exist lot to lot tolerance. the maximum value may much higher than this.

This value is measured with 1.3V appllied to FB pin.
