Hi team,

My customer is using the BQ24295 now and find the status isn't right.

When connect the battery and usb, the REG 08 is 0x04. When remove the battery, the REG08 is 0x05, when remove the battery and usb, the REG08 is 0x52.

Are the REG08 status are right? Do you have some ideas? Thank you.

Hey Frank,

Is this our EVM or is this a custom board your customer designed?

What is the value of their other registers?

Is your customer using a real battery? What type of USB port is the charger connected to?

yes, it's a real battery. it's a usb line conncet to a adapter.
