I followed the reference schematic in the datasheet for this part but I saw a note today about reverse battery protection:
"An external reverse charger input FET clamp can be added to short the DSG FET gate to its source terminal, forcing the conduction channel off when negative voltage is present at PACK+ input to the battery pack and preventing large battery discharge currents."
Where would I add this part and what do you think an appropriate part would be?
