BQ40Z60: BQ40z60 CHARGING but SHOWING 0% for long time.

Part Number: BQ40Z60

Hi,

Myslef Arunkumar from QMAX. We had given 2 batteries and taken chemistry ID. from you. i.e..EEMB_BATTERY  -> LIR18650 (2600 mAH) -> 3596

This is what taken from you before an year. Now i am going to use the same cell for gauging 12V instead of 12.6V. I mean Term Voltage i set 9V and restricting Full Voltage to 12V.
For this i set FD = 3V (3V x 3Cells =9V) & FC = 4V (4V x 3cells = 12V) for 3 cells.

My Question is...... Can i use the same chemistry ID for gauging to less voltage. Since I am not getting exact percentage while charging. It's showing 0% continously even after charging reaches to near 11V. FCC shows some other value (mAH) and RC shows 0 mAH.  see the picture below.

But once if i reset means its shows percentage and FCC, RC and all characteristics normally.

Whats the Solution to clear this percentage error. Is this fault of chemistry ID or any other characteristics. Can i know whats the exact fault.

I attached gg.csv file also. tom.gg.zip
