BQ34110: looking for multi-cell fuel gauge with ability of monitor each cell separately

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out which device is the most ideal for my application, please see below my requirements:

1. using two pack of 10S4P Li-Ion batteries with 42V and 9.6Ah each 

2. ability of monitor each cell separately.

Can you please advise me which device is the most ideal for me?
