Hi, i implemented a dobule dc-dc buck regulator with TPS54283.
Output 1 is 3.8V 1A, output 2 is 12V 0.6A. Input volatge is 19.1V
Here is the schematic
The input voltage is always stable but:

I tried to:
-change the boost capacitors from 100n to 33n but no improvement
-change the 100uF 16V electrolitic capacitor with 22u ceramic capacitor but no improvement
-added a 0.3A minimum load but no improvement
