Hi,

Our customer is considering to use TPS62065.
A noise problem occurred on analog board using TPS62065.
Customer is suspicious of the Clock Dithering function.
The following content has been described in the datasheet.

However, I would like further information.
Please tell me about the frequency fluctuation of this function.
Could you give me your advice and information?

What extra details do you need? A varying dither of 6 nsec maximum is added to the target period (333 nsec).

Thank you for your response.
Customer wants to know the variation in operating frequency by 6 ns modulation.
(Customer want to grasp the frequency fluctuation range.)

Do you have data representing jitter of switching rectangular wave?
Or do you have variation data of operating frequency?

As explained, the frequency varies from a target period of 330 nsec to 336 nsec.

In any case, the TPS62097 is a newer device with more features and higher efficiency.

This is measured on the default EVM with 5Vin, 1.8Vout, and 2A load.
