The status update is not working (not changing). My client even can do changes manually.

Hi Hong,

You need need to follow the instructions in the learning app note carefully otherwise learning wouldn't complete. You need to send IT enable. issue a reset, start with a discharge using any value between c/5 and c/10... I would recommned starting with a device with the default firmware programmed, followed by the chem etc, then configuratiion with you settings before the learning cycle is started.
