TPS62743: Datasheet Error ?

Hello,

I notice that the recommended inductor is shown as "DFE201610C" made by Toko, but that is a Murata part number..

Is this a typo. Can you please help to clarify ?

Murata recently 'bought' Toko, so now they are the same company.

As well, there are newer inductor series that offer much better performance than the C series. Do you have a local rep to find out their latest offerings?

The C version is the original. They now have an E version in 2016, as well as ones in 2012 size that will work for this IC.

Newer parts have better performance (lower DCR, higher Isat, smaller size, etc.).

With the release of the newer E version, is this the recommended version to get the best performance with this buck in particular ?

No inductor is 'the best one' as there are always tradeoffs.
