Our customer wants to know the thermal resistance value , theta jc for LMR14203XMKM/NOPB, it is not shown in the datasheet.
Could you provide this ?

I noticed that the junction to ambient for both LMR16006 and LMR14203 are not the same.
LMR16006 = 102 C/W
LMR14203 = 121 C/W
In that case, is it verified that LMR14203 can reference the same reading from LMR16006 for the junction to case?

Hi Christina,
The LMR16006 is the newer device and datasheet and provides more up to date information. Please use the LMR16006 thermal values as the reference since the packages and die-sizes are the same for these devices.
