TPS61230 High Vripple from output and Input

Hi ALL.

I have designed a TPS61230 boost converter for my product, but upon prototyping I checked when there is a 1A load on the output the Vripple at the output is very high as well as the ripple on the input.

Also the output voltage is higher than my expected I am expecting only 5.4V but I am getting 5.8V.

Attached is the layout.

Waveform from the scope as seen below:

Blue color is the Output Voltage and Green color is the Input Voltage.

I tried also TPS61232 fixed 5V but same problem I am encountering. Strange thing is that the Output voltage is 5.8V as to 5V.
