Yes, you can use TPS61021A for Webench simulation.

The only difference is the current limit point. Others are the same.

I run TPS61021A webench in Vin=1.2V/Vout=3.3V Iout=0.2A. but i found inductor spec need 0.47uH IDC =6.7A.
May i know why we need so high Idc current? because my output current just 0.2A.
i want chage to use inductor VLS252008ET-R47N (Itmp=1.2A). is it ok?

You can use this 1.2A inductor. it is OK for your application. The webench recommneds 6.7A inductor maybe because of there's not so much indcutors in their lib.

we have question about TLV61021(TPS61021A also the same) enable pin logic level question.

the datasheet show Ven_h maximum is 0.84V. is it mean if Ven_h > 0.84V, then TLV61021 will be into unexpect condition?

No, that means if you want to enable IC, the enable voltage should be higher than 0.84V. if the enable volatge is lower than 0.84V, there has the petential risk of can't enable the IC succeefully!
