Hello.

Do VTT and VTTREF output signals by the following sequence?

1. Input 3.3V to VDD
2. Input High to S3 and S5
3. Input 1.5V to VDDQ

2 and 3 are reverse to the data-sheet.

Therefore, I think that the following input sequence does not have any problem.
1. Input 3.3V to VDD
2. Input High to S3 and S5
