TLV803: Asking for the TLV803 spec and R1/R2 variation.

Part Number: TLV803

Hi Team,

Is that ok to put  R40610k in VCC? any side effect?

Do you help for the following questions?

1. Do you know the Idd if Vdd is 3.3V?

2. What is the R1 and R2 variation?

Thanks,
SHH

  • SHH,

    1. Yes you can add a resistor from VDD to IN. This will alter the threshold and accuracy of the device.

    2. IDD is not specified at 3.3V but we know it will be between 9uA and 20uA. It will be closer to 9uA at room temp.

    3. We do not know the accuracy of the internal resistance. But we do know the accuracy of the internal resistors plus the accuracy of the internal Reference Voltage to be +/- 2.2%.

Please let me know if this answers your questions. Thanks!
