Dear all,
I am using a custom board with a BQ34Z100-G1 on it. I programmed it with a srec file exported from other BQ34Z100-G1 and lost communication after that. Here are what I did.
- Exported Golden Image files from one BQ34Z100-G1 (worked well) using Battery Management Studio 1.3.54.
- Programmed a used BQ34Z100-G1 (worked well before) with exported Golden Image file.
- After a successful operation, I lost communication with the chip
- I tried to read registers of the chip. No response. I also tried to reprogram the device, still no response. Clicking Execute FW doesn't help.
The srec file is attached. Any suggestion is helpful.
