UCC27611: Reference design for LED or LASER

My customer is interested in UCC27611 for driving LED or LASER.

Do you have any reference design or application note.

20MHz PWM

50%duty

pulse waveform is as perfect pulse as possible.

GaN FET: EPC2014

Driving Voltage:200V

    Shinichi,

    Apologies for the delay in reply. Thank you for your patience. We do not currently have a TI Design using UCC27611 for a laser application. However, you could review TIDA-00663 as a reference. In this reference design, a UCC27321DR gate driver is used to drive a laser diode with an integrated FET. You could modify this design using UCC27611, the EPC GaN FETs, and your LED of choice.

    I have also notified the GaN driver systems engineer in case they have any additional input.

    Unfortunately, this design is not described for ultra FET drive circuit.

    If you have other document ultra fast GaN pulse drive, could you send me.
