TPS62000-Q1: Failure mode for DC/DC converters

Part Number: TPS62000-Q1

If there fixed Open or Short movement on failure mode, please let me know in the case of below DC/DC's.

①TPS62000QDGSRQ1 (or the other TPS6200xQDGSRQ1 series)

②TPS57140QDGQRQ1

③TPS61088RHLR

※For example, failure mode is overcurrent (overload), overvoltage, etc.

    Hello Satoshi,

    TPS62000Q1 has an internally sensed (P-channel FET) inductor current limit which limits the output current in overload condition. In case of over-voltage the device can be damaged.
    If you need more information, please describe the failure modes in detail.
