WEBENCH® Tools/LM26400Y: Duty Cycle issue

Part Number: LM26400Y

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Hi,

when I tried to simulate the design using Webench tool with following input parameters, its popping up an error"Design cannot be created with this device look for alternate device", but the  datasheet shows it supports maximum duty cycle of 96%, Can you please let me know why design is not being created with below inputs in Webench tool,

Regulator1#:

Input volatge: 4.5V to 13V

Output Volatge: 3.3V

Output Current: 1A

Regulator2#:

Input volatge: 4.5V to 13V

Output Volatge: 1.8V

Output Current: 1A

Regards,

Venkat

  • Hi,

I confirm your findings on webench and i will forward it to webench group.
So far when i change the minimum input voltage to 5V, the webench output a design
The other thing i tried is to reduce the output current to 0.5A each and the webench output a design

    Thanks
