WEBENCH® Tools: How to build a multi output power system, each channel can adjust by digital interface?

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

We will try to build a  DC-DC multi output power system.  System have max 45 channel output ,and each channel peak current <1.5A.

System input VIN =  DC8V-18V,  Vout = DC5V-18V.

Each channel output voltage can be controlled by digital interface, ex. I2C or etc.

For a flexible system design, how can I selecting a power system architect?

Simply, I think an I2C controlled output voltage solution can be used.
