Part Number: LM2588

Hi, I created a design in WEBENCH, see attached.  The transformer required is custom, but I'm not sure where to go and have it made.  The turns ration NS1-to-Np is 9.  All the information is available in the BOM.

Can anyone make a recommendation on where I can go?  I've never ordered a customer transformer and not very confident with the process.

    We recommend you to contact a magnetics Vendor like Wurth, TDK or Coilcraft, and they may have the off shelf part for your use.

    Hi Brian,

    Ordering a custom flyback transformer can be made easy by contacting a magnetic vendor directly. I would suggest finding an transformer close to the specification that are stated and then contact that vendor and have them make the desired changes. Here is a good application note to read through that will help you understand the important specifications of transformer design.
