Coul you tell me min required effective capacitance value for VREG.
It is 1uF on datasheet Fig.43, however 2uF is put on EVM. Thus I think 1uF effective capacitance value is required for VREG.
Is my idea correct?

Yes, 1uF is enough. If your work condition is very hot, you need to set the cap bigger because of the loss of the temp
The TPS53513 datasheet does not give any specific recommendation for the VREG capacitor. Only the application schematic shows 1 uF. The EVM uses 2 x 1 uF capacitors. They are rated for 16 V. At 5V applied voltage the effective capacitance is very near 1 uF. Let me check with the EVM designer if there is a specific reason that he doubled up on the capacitors.
