TPS53513: Bootstrap capacitor selection

Can we use 0402 size, X7R, 50V, 0.1uF capacitor for bootstrap capacitor?

Please let me know the criteria for bootstrap capacitor selection if you have.

0402 is OK. For this cap, you need to consider its value， voltage rate, temp range .The size is not a problem.

Isn't it needed that we consider DC bias characteristic?

Yes, we need to consider the DC bias , but for this application , the boot cap is charged by LDO(nearly 4.8V), the cap change is just 5%. and 0.1uF is enough with the DC bias consideration.
