Hello Team,

Can we connect ILIM to GND in appliction where current limit is not needed?

This part operates in voltage mode. So, ILIM pin is used only for current protection(Not needed for normal PWM operation).

Hi H. Someno,
I think you could connect ILIM to GND. It will work.
However, I don't know the reason that you don't want a excess protection. ILIM can help you protect MOSFET, transformer and other power components with overcurrent protection.
I will suggest you still have a ocp protection.
