WEBENCH® Tools/UCC28710: Ripple in SMPS out put wave form

Hello,

We have tested our new design SMPS using UCC28710 input of 230Ac to Out put 12Volts/2Amps.

But we seen wave form across load it's seen ripple so what could be reason for this out put.

    Thank you for your interest in TI here. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your design.

    I'll connect you to an applications engineer to support. First I would like to get a few more details from you if you could please:

    1) Can you describe more what the problem is? What is the performance? what do you expect it to be? What conditions do you measure this at for input/output? For example, is this at max load of 2amps with a constant current electronic load at 230VAC input?
    2) Is this signal that you show across the output capacitor? Could you describe how you are measuring it?
    3)Is this on a TI board or this is on a design that you have done yourself?
    4) if you can provide a schematic of the circuit?
