Hi,
I'm having a problem with the BQ24600. After hot plugging a battery after the BQ24600 has been plugged in for a while the device has a catastrophic failure and burns up. This post seems to describe whats happening however, there never seemed to be a good explanation of why the device fails.
I'm looking to get a better understanding of why the device itself is failing.
